Well I must say that I haven’t been over to Eastern since the fire - not from lack of interest, but just simply lack of time. I understand that the District has a committment to rebuild, and there has been some temporary portable shelter set up for the merchants that were displaced. I used to live in DC actually. Loved Eastern Market, though I nearly wept when I heard it had a fire a few years back. Did it ever recover?

Zounds! I had almost forgotten what a comment was! I was beginning to wonder if anyone was still out there.

Thanks, Kyle. It’s a better fit all around, though it looks like I need to do some ‘community-building’ to get visitors out from under the Lurking Tree.
