The surprise for me is that I know only yellow, brown, red and green M&M's. I just want to say that blue M&M in Russia is such rarity as «Baltika» beer in USA. Learn something new every day. I'm a stranger to those crackers. When he told me what they were I was like, um, what? Now I must try them. Allez - there is nothing puerile about daintily cut PBJ! :) In fact, you're giving me ideas. The popularity of this post proves to me that the world needs the foods it loves. If it be pringles, then let it be loved. Rishat - I think he actually picked out the blue ones from a bag of many different colors - just so he could have his "blueberries" :) Nerdspawn - see above :). E was old school before old school was cool (I can say this now that he's all ancient and stuff ;) ). Mountain Dew, to my limited knowledge, was all the rage among the pale and quivery set. The Jones Cream Soda doesn't surprise me in the least. E - this is officially one of my more popular posts. It just proves what I've known for so long - you rock. :) SJ - See? Today I'm all sophisticated and stuff (hence the bento box) and washed it down with Jones' Cream Soda. ;) Cheers, e. Actually Mountain Dew was the caffiene delivery device of choice back in the day. That's definitely impressive – M&M's instead of blueberries. I just don't mind, where did you reached so much blue candies? Blue candies, blue candies –that become a dream of mine! I don't bring my lunch often but its pretty much been the same since I was five. That geek bento is right up my alley. They were a part of every children's party I went to growing up and are still a "rainy day, watch a DVD treat" for me today. Yummy Yummy Yummy! (I think it's the MSG which gives such an irreplaceable umami craving.) Love the geek bento concept. Glad you got a kick out of it. I had a great time making it. Even though my tongue was planted firmly in my cheek it was quite fun slowing down and thinking about arranging the food in an interesting way. Thanks for posting it. I love it when people mold things to fit their own sense of functionality and taste. It often reveals new ways to do old things. He even applied my whole bento-color scheme. Loved that! Thanks, M :)
