That cap was to my favorite lens - the 17-55mm 2.8. There is one major rule with biscuits - stop before you are done. It's the hardest rule to learn, but it's the ONLY way to get fluffy, gorgeous biscuits. If you can master that, the rest is cake. Also I should note that there's now two posters in this blog, and since you commented in one of his inaugural treasures, I want to say that I can't take credit for this particular piece of brilliant writing.
