It's the hardest rule to learn, but it's the ONLY way to get fluffy, gorgeous biscuits. If you can master that, the rest is cake. Also I should note that there's now two posters in this blog, and since you commented in one of his inaugural treasures, I want to say that I can't take credit for this particular piece of brilliant writing.
