Now Underwood’s was lifting the hem on delicatas, turbans, kabochas, acorns, AND butternuts. TEASES! The summery heat in the air kept me grounded, but still, if you’re an autumn lover, it wounds you just a little to know the season has a few weeks yet to manifest. I have a lot of inspiration. It's hard to make things that are inherently good looking look bad :). Every week I'm reminded of how great it is to be where I am - I've lived places where the access to fresh local foods was challenging. That said, I've been increasingly amazed at how quickly I can find good local producers. Just takes a little Google-fu and a desire to go the distance. Every place has its specialties. Lisa - That made me chuckle. Shameful food! Being all nekkid and articulate! :) GC - Thanks! I have a lot of inspiration. It’s hard to make things that are inherently good looking look bad :) .
