Tableau Vivante

Greetings from an L.A. west-sider with a love of food and wine and a dedication to explore the land, near and far, in search of great instances of both.

I can’t decide if wine was meant to compliment food or if it should be the other way around.  Travel, to me, is mainly an excuse to eat out in a new and interesting place.

And happily as it turns out, much of what I encounter makes me want to share it.  I’ve known Tableau Vivante for years in the fabled RL (Real Life).  She has graciously invited me to contribute here, which I am delighted to do.  My fondest hope for the posts to follow would be to kindle even a spark of wine appreciation in those of you kind enough to read on.
